Infection control protocol
In order to keep all my patients, me, and my family safe and well I have put various health and safety protocols in place.
- On the day before your appointment you will be sent a screening document to complete to ensure that, as far as possible, you are not a risk to me, my other patients, and my family. If you are in any doubt then please call or message.
- Once you have booked your appointment and filled out the form please follow the instructions below about attending your appointment.
- Please pay in advance by BACS (details in your confirmation email) or by card (usually contactless) at your appointment
- Wear the minimum of clothing suitable for the weather, preferably loose and comfortable but be prepared to undress to your underwear if necessary.
- Please use the toilet before you leave home as the clinic one will not be available.
- Please do not arrive more than a few minutes before your appointment.
- Please wash your hands on entering and avoid touching anything unnecessarily.
- Appointments have been spaced out to minimise contact with other patients and allow for cleaning and airing the room.
- The plinth and pillows will be wiped down and sanitized between every patient.
- Anne has had all recommended vaccinations.
